Korean Cooking Class

Today I met up with two of my Hermanas for a cooking class.

Natalie, who is half Korean and half Mexican hosted a cooking class (by request) at her place for Liz, who's parents are from Chile and Mexico, and myself.

It was ace.

We were shown how to make Miso soup with soft tofu, savoury pancakes with kimji and other noodle and entre delights.

Next stop is Liz'z place to teach out how to make authentic beans and rice...
