Hmm...

There are a pair of dummies outside of my window at work painting the window panes…. Sometimes they smoke while using high-powered tools (the drop the butts to fall to ground four lelvels below). Sometimes they lean over their suspended flooring to talk on the phone (where, if they were to drop the phone, and someone was walking below – as happens in the walkway downstairs - they would be killed). They paint while either holding the paint tin over the suspended flooring (with potential to drop it) or while tucked under one arm (better potential to drop). The one wears a long-sleeved shirt and no hat and the other wears a hat with no shirt. Both are sunburnt. Both have full body harness on (that aren’t attached to anything)…

And my taxes will pay for their or their potential victims hospital treatment, should they need it, and a lawyer, should they need one.
