The new plan...

I have been invited back to my old university as a tutor - hurrah!

I loved uni and can't wait to be back in the educational sphere, spending time guiding and learning alongside amazing people who want to make a change in the world!

I am delighted to be taking 5 classes in semester 1. Each of the classes will be for first-year students which will hopefully provide challenges and inspiration. That will take up three days of my week.

The other two days I will be volunteering with a fantastic charity called the Hear and Say Centre. These guys are remarkable! They are so committed to working with children who were born with or experience hearing loss, and teaching them how to listen and speak to their age-appropriate level!

They currently don't have funding for a marketing person so I am donating my time and energy to them until they can afford someone and they then find the right person.

I am so excited that this is the new course my weeks will be taking from now on. I will have time, I will have enough income, I have my happiness and I have love to share. I have everything I need and want right now.

The best decision EVER!

Knowing that I only had one week left has made this week a good week. Knowing that I don't have to worry about my personal safety due to warped company procedures with dangerous clients, knowing that I don't have to deal with the heinous second in charge or the loose cannon CEO, knowing that I have now officially become a contributor to the 87% turn-over rate at the organisation and am one of 13 people that quit in the last month alone feels GREAT!

I welcome temporary unemployment, not having a car and being broke so that I never ever have to enter that work premises ever again!

Having said that, thank you to my amazing team, to Josie and Christine, and my supervisor Theresa for making my 71 days as an employee workable!
